Binswanger Hectare, formerly Hectare Commercial Realty, has been a respected and well recognized member of the Toronto industrial / commercial real estate community since 1978.  Purchased in 2003 by Dan Bates, the company is independently owned and operated and is a partner in the Binswanger worldwide organization.
